Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for MeetAiCard

Misuse of third-party AI image models integrated on MeetAiCard is prohibited—for example, attempting to jailbreak upstream policies, scrape provider endpoints outside our product, or generate prohibited material (including NSFW or adult content) via any integrated model.

You may NOT use MeetAiCard to:

• Generate or distribute content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Create harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content (including hate speech, violence, or harassment).
• Generate, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to obtain NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, erotic, or pornographic content—including nudity intended to arouse, explicit sexual acts, or fetish content.
• Impersonate individuals or entities, or create misleading or fraudulent business cards.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify our platform, AI models, or code.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other malicious activities.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures.

MeetAiCard is a professional business card design product. We do not permit users to generate, edit, store, or share NSFW or adult material of any kind.

• No nudity, partial nudity, lingerie-focused, or body-part sexualization prompts.
• No sexually explicit, erotic, pornographic, or obscene imagery or text on cards.
• No prompts intended to bypass filters, moderation, or safety systems.

MeetAiCard does not offer face-swap, deepfake, or photo-replacement tools. You must not use the Service to manipulate photographs of real people (including yourself or others) to swap faces, alter identity, or create synthetic likenesses without explicit, lawful consent.

Uploading photos of real individuals for the purpose of impersonation, non-consensual likeness editing, or deceptive identity presentation is prohibited.

Before any AI image generation runs, user text prompts are screened through the Creem Content Moderation API (documentation). Prompts that receive a deny or flag decision are blocked and are not sent to image models.

We also reserve the right to review, remove, or block any content that violates this AUP, without prior notice.

Violating this AUP may result in:

• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of unused credits or subscription fees
• Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected
