Refund Policy for MeetAiCard

Thank you for using MeetAiCard! We aim to provide a high-quality AI business card generation service. Please review our refund policy below.

1Eligibility for Refunds

Purchases fund access to AI business card image generation that may depend on third-party image models listed on our site. Broad outages at upstream providers do not automatically guarantee a refund if our core Service remains operational and credits can still be consumed through alternate integrations.

Representative third-party AI integrations

MeetAiCard routes text prompts to third-party image models (for example GPT Image, Seedream, GLM Image, or successor integrations listed in our Models catalog). The exact model used for a request depends on your selection, region, and capacity. Video generation, face-swap, and adult/NSFW outputs are not supported.

1.1 Digital Products

All plans and credits purchased on MeetAiCard are digital services. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

Technical Issues: If the Service is non-functional or you experience persistent technical errors that prevent you from using the service (verified by our support team), including verified platform-wide failures traced to MeetAiCard—not merely dissatisfaction with output from a specific third-party model such as Nano Banana, Seedream, GLM Image, GPT Image lines, Veo, Sora, Kling, Google Imagen, Seedance, Hailuo, or Happy Horse integrations.
Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same plan or credit purchase.
Unauthorized Transactions: If you report an unauthorized charge on your account.

1.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use purchased credits or plans within the validity period.
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (including design, style, or output quality).
Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account termination.

2Refund Process

To request a refund:

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction date.
Provide your order ID, email address, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Creem. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused credits in specific cases, such as service outages affecting your usage.
