Terms of Service for MeetAiCard

MeetAiCard provides an AI-powered business card generation platform that allows users to create, edit, and download digital business cards using AI image tools, templates, and popular AI models.

The Service is limited to AI business card image generation and related templates. We do not provide face-swap, deepfake, or tools that manipulate uploaded photos of real people to replace faces or identities.

You remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms when outputs are produced via named or successor integrations.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized users.
• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or share illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Generate, request, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, erotic, or pornographic material, or use prompts intended to bypass content safety or moderation.
• Use face-swap, deepfake, or non-consensual likeness manipulation features (MeetAiCard does not offer these capabilities).
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform, its models, or third-party APIs.
• Resell, redistribute, or monetize the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes.

• Your Content — You retain ownership of the business cards and content you generate using our Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content for service delivery.
• Our Content — All platform design, code, models, and templates are owned by MeetAiCard. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
• AI Model Output — Generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used.

• All payments are processed securely by Creem, our third-party payment processor.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or usage tier.
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect pre-paid services.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your purchases.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily disrupt access.

• MeetAiCard is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of content generated by our AI tools.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, including:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent activity

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
